Can I centrally manage my Master Category List. I need to make this list and
any amendments made to it visible to people who are able to view my shared
contacts.
At the moment most of my contacts are visible to others, its just changes to
my custom lists/directories that seem to save locally only. I need my master
Category list and any changes to it, visible to everyone that needs to see
this list.
I know there is a way to copy and export to individuals, but I was wondering
if anyone had a simpler solution.

Very Best regards

Unfortunately the Master Category List is stored in the Windows Registry, and
not in Outlook nor BCM, and neither provides a means of managing it. I've
heard of utilities for managing the list in the past, so you might want to
search around for such.
