How can I export customer of Business Contact Manager to Small Business
Accounting and synchronize it?

You might be able to export to CSV and import that file into SBA.
Otherwise, whereas BCM has a direct import from SBA, the reverse
doesn't exist in SBA. From BCM you can also push individual Accounts
into SBA as new Customers.
