I have installed Office 2007 and activated it, then installed Business
Contact Manager 2007 and when I try to activate it, repeatedly it I get the
error message "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your
last action or actions.  Please Try Again."   What can I do to fix this?

mine has worked fine for several weeks until today. After I installed the
Microsoft security update today (6/23) I have the same problem.

Hi Don,
A new profile for Outlook should take care of it

I'm a rookie at this. What does creating a new profile mean?

Go to Start | Contol Panel | Mail | Show Profiles | Add...

The only pain involved is if you need to reenter complicated email
settings and keep what data you had in the old profile. If that's the
case you may want to experiment with Copying your exisiting profile and
changing the Data Files under properties.
