Kaspersky AV adds 2 addins to Outlook - i've disabled them in Kaspersky, and
have tried everything to uncheck/remove the two in Outlook 2007 BCM but they
always reappear when i restart Outlook. They remain disabled in KAV.

i see the list for "disabled addins" in the Trust Center, but can't see how
to actually disable them, unless unchecking is supposed to do that. in any
case, i can't ge them removed, and they seriously hamper functionality...
