How do I link a Word or Excel document to a Business Contact

Can anyone out there help me.  I believe that I read somewhere that you could
add Word, Excel and Journal entries to Business Contacts in Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2003, but I cannot fgure out how to do it and cannot find
it in the Help files.

Next to the history grid there is a New... button. Click it and select File,
then use the Link file dialog to select your document.
