Can not create account in Business Contact Manager

I loaded BCM , first of all i do not find the Business Tools on the
navigation panel. Next when i want to create an account it say i do not have
the form and i should contact the administrator. Please assist.

Have you downloaded all the updates and version2?

I can you go to help > about Microsoft Outlook > Disable items and check if
BCM is present and if it does enable the same
Else go to add /remove program and do a reinstall of BCM
