How to copy a MS Outlook Contact to Business Contact Manager

Have tried to do a select... copy (ctrl C) in Outlook than go to BCM and do a
Ctrl V and this sometimes works and sometimes makes BCM crash??!!

does it work without crashing if you drag and drop contacts? Which pst
format are you using - the old one that works with Outlook2002/older or the
new Unicode format for 2003?
