I see others have asked before, but I don't see a workable answer. I had to
reinstall the entire Office Pro 2003, Small Business Accounting, and and BCM.
The MS SQL server is running on auto load. Every time I install BCM, I open
Outlook after the install, and after going through the quick setup, it
crashes. After that the only way to get Outlook opened again is un-install
BCM. I can't find any wrong with any of the setups. Outlook and Accounting
both work fine, as long as I don't install BCM.
Any help?

Call microsoft support. They should be able to analyze the crash and
turn on logging features to figure out what's causing the crash.
