When I click on a business contact, or try to set up a new contact, I get
message "Business Contact Manager unable to open this form.  What do I need
to do to fix this problem?

Have you tried clearing the forms cache?

Tried clearing cache but the problem continues.  What I am trying to open is
the standared business contact form

You may want to try a reinstall of BCM and then patch it up to the current
update. The office repair might work as well.

I am not familiar with office repair.

I also have Clickstream on my system to monitor my Office usage.  It has
caused other problems, could Clickstream be causing this?

I am not familiar with Clickstream so I can't anwer that. The repair utility
is an option when you load the office install if it recognizes that it is
already installed.

I reinstalled BCM but  this is what happened.

1.  I can no longer find the contacts I had listed.
2.  I still cannot open a contact form even when setting up a new one.  This
is the same in Account Manager.

You should be able to reattach your database via the data files management in
the control panel under mail.

It may be time for a support call to Microsoft on this one.

Thanks for trying.  I paid $35 and am turning the issue over to Microsoft
technicians.  I find it hard to believe they will charge me for this.

Good luck to you and thanks,

Bill Young
