I just purchased a new Office Pro 2003 only to find that it does NOT contain
Business Contact Manager.  Isn't there somewhere I can get the Add-in without
having to purchase a whole new software package?

I have contacted Microsoft BCM CD Order Administration via e-mail three
times--each time being told they would be back with me within 2 days--- still
nothing.  I receive their autoresponder but nothing else.  So, now what?

Yep, I did the same thing.  It took them over a week to respond, and then
ironically, they sent me to this discussion group stating, "This e-mail alias
(bcmcd@microsoft.com) was created to address an issue with promotional
software given out at a number of Microsoft Office Launch events in late
2003/early 2004."
