Hi-
A client of mine would like to use Outlook Business Manager 2003 to send a
regular email newsletter to their contact list.  Has anyone done this?  What
are the limitations, pros and cons as compared with a dedicated bulk email
application?

The main hassle is managing bounces and other returns, which you can expect
to be 5-10% of each mailing. Outsourcing the mailing to a list manager takes
care of that.
