how can I change the territory options in outlook?

I am using Outlook, business contact manager. I am trying to change the
options for "territory". It shows up with an automatic drop down. Any other
hints for using this program would be greatly appreciated!!!

There are instructions for customizing the BCM forms on my blog (link
below). Unfortunately it's not supported by Microsoft, but it can be done.
