I am trying to make use of the DueBy field data entered in the FollowUp
dialogue in BCM/Contacts. I cannot find it in the field chooser to insert it
into a view or report. Does anyone know the name of the DueBy field and where
it is? Appreciate your help/input.

There is a Created/Due field in the Phone Log form, is that what you need?
You have to add that form to the Field Chooser, see my other post of today.

Susan - thank you for responding. The field I refer to is in the "Business
Contact" form, when in the form you select "Flag for follow up", you can then
enter data in the "Due by:" field. This is the data/field I need to find.
Thank you.

Try adding from Field Chooser 'Follow Up' from Contact fields, but 'Reminder
Time' from Task fields. The Follow up fields seem to be tied to Tasks. I just
tested and it worked.

Susan - thank you for your continued help.

I have the "Follow up" field from contact fields ok.

"Reminder time" has data vlue of NONE for every record. So I am still
lacking the "date" data from the "Due By" field  that I enter in to the "Flag
for follow up" data entry window.

Hmm, when I set a Follow up and then pull in both Followup and Reminder Time
into the view from Field Chooser, the date/time of the follow up reminder is
visible in my view. Let me work on this some more, we just had an unplanned
power outage and lost our T1, so I have bigger fish to fry this weekend.
