1.  I am putting in historical data and want to know how many records can BCM
hold for Outlook 2003?
2.  I have to cross reference companies.  How can I link companies that may
have assets in more than one location?

1) There is no restriction on the number of records, but depending on
the performance of your machine and the richness of your data,
eventually too many records will make BCM slow down to the point where
it is unusable.

2) There isn't a feature to create custom links between entities, but
you can try creating categories and linking common companies to a
single category. Or do something with using bcm projects.
