when I type lower case c bracketed by parentheses, Outlook automatically changes to the copywrite icon. This is a general editing question rather than a BCM question. Point your mouse to the correction. Below it you'll see a drop-down menu appear with the choice to reverse that instance, or to stop making that correction at all. (I'm in Outlook 2007, but I'm pretty sure that works in 2003, too.) |
