I moved the outlook address book from my old computer to a new computer but
the email addresses did not follow. I have asked the question before but no
clear help as what to do.Could the address book be copyed to a C D then down
loaded to the new computer?  If there is a step by step how to  move the
entire address book in the help file I do not find it. The contacts moved and
the addresses are not with them. What step did I miss if any? A real headache.

You can export the addresses from Outlook as an EXCEL OR a Comma delimited
file(windows format) and then reimport the file from the new machine.

You can open the file and verify that the email addresses are there before
importing it into BCM.
