Hello, we have installed BCM 2007 and so far LOVE it - I hope the work
continues on this product.  It has been a blessing so far for our small IT
business.  (We are partners but didn't want to go to full-blown CRM yet).

The problem that I have is on my account (the admin) I have lost some of the
fields in our ACCOUNT screen - I cannot see the PRIMARY selector or the
linked user's name.  Our other users have no problem.  I suspect the only
thing I did was click on the Modify Form button to check it out.  (I didn't
change or remove anything)  Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for reporting this issue.  I've seen this once, but have not been able to reproduce the behavior after rebooting my laptop.
Try rebooting and let us know that doesn't help.

Rebooting does seem to fix the issue for a time but then the field goes away
again.  Also the missing fields did re-appear w/o rebooting yesterday when
one of my staff logged into BCM and was using it.

So far it only appears to affect the admin or "owner" accounts.  E.g. I
setup the software and assigned remote access to others.
