I have found that there can be too much on one tab - is there any way we can
create another tab in the Business Contact Manager Home area for new items?

Also, is there (or will there be) and SDK for BCM?

Unlike some, we have had nothing but good experiences with BCM so far!

There is an SDK for BCM:

And thanks for you positive comment!

Alex,

Currently there is no SDK document for 2003 version. But it is possible to
write VB code to create Business Contacts programmatically. As for creating
new "Business Contact" folder, you won't be able to do that in Business
Contact Manager store.
