I inadvertently closed the Business Contact Manager folder.  Does anyone know
how I open the folder again?  I don't seem to have any BCM menus or anything.

If you are using Outlook 2007, see if there is Configure Business Contact
Manager menu option under Help menu. This will launch the BCM first use
wizard. Select Advanced option and add the database again.

If using Outlook 2003, close Outlook. Right click Outlook icon on start
menu, click properties. Click Choose Profile, click  Properties, then Data
File. Click Add and choose BCM option. It will lauch UI to configure BCM
