"Cannot open database request in login.  Login fails." Error

I went to backup my BCM database (03 with update version) through the manage
database area.  Instead of clicking Backup I clicked Check Errors and Start.  
(I do have fast clicking problems)  So since that was not what I want to do,
I hit the exit X and clicked End Now.

Now when I open up Outlook and go into an account or business contact it
give me:

Exception HResult: 0x80040EB8

Also if I click on an account or some item it gives me the "Cannot open
database requested in login.  ...Login fails."

Please Help!

Try "Check for Error" again and let it finish.
