I am making a church directory using Outlook 2007.  I have all the data
required for the directory.  However, how do I address the picture on each
business card so that I can include it in a mail/merge to make a catalog of
church members?
1. I can put the pictures inmanually - however that seem counter productive
in light of
  Outlook 2007 capabilities.
2. Alternately I can print out the business cards in a catalog; but then the
Outlook leaves off the pictures.
3. I could include a link field in the mail/merge data; however, there is no
such field in the Outlood data form.

Help.  Any suggestions - I don's want to insert the pictures by manually.
Thanks for your suggestions.

John:

I'm working on a project now using Publisher 2007's Catalog merge which is
supposed to do exactly what you're asking for but I don't have the answers
yet... Stay tuned.

Thanks,
Lon
