Hi!

My BCM don't work. This is after dragging an Outlook contact to BCM Accounts folder.

When I tryed to open the new account Outlook/BCM crash.

I recon that I have to reinstall BCM and maybee repair Office.
- But what happens with the data I have in BCM now?
- Is it possible to restor data from my old BCM database to a new one.

Hi,
Re-installing BCM will not remove your existing BCM Databases. While
associating BCM in Outllook after re-installing, select "Use an existing
database" and select your old BCM Database from the drop down.
This will associate your old BCM database to your Outlook.

Regards,
SSinha
