Hi Terry
What Office Suite do you have? Business Contact manager would only work with
certain office suites.
You can also try to add database in Outlook by going to File|Data File
Management .Under Data Files Tab hit New button and select Business Contact
Manager in the dialog. Follow the wizard and that should create a Business
Contact Manager Database for you.
Thanks

Hi Vinit,
I have the same problem and followed your directions below to add a database
in Outlook under File/Data File Management\New\Business Contact Manager.
After a pause, I got an "Outlook 2003 with BCM Update" error message which
said:
"This action cannot be completed because Business Contact Manager cannot
access the database. SQL Server does not exist or access denied."
What Next? Or should I return the BCM program to Microsoft?
