Your advice was right on the money. I followed the download procedure in
EOpen and the application loaded properly the first time!!
Now I'll see if I can use it to replace the ACT! that I've been using for
many years.
Thanks for your help

The Product Download is greyed out for me... I have MS Office Professional
Plus 2007 through my university (faculty). Does this mean my only option is
to contact the department that sold me the product?

I also have just purchased MS Office Professional
Plus 2007 and NEED BCM. How can I get the download, as the last post stated
the download option is greyed out for me also
Thanks

There's a second disk with BCM in the box.
