Installing BCM 2007

I get the following message when trying to install BCM 2007.  I am installing
the program on a Windows XP machine, logged in as the administrator.

Error writing to file:
Microsoft.NetEnterpriseServers.ExceptionMessageBox.dll.  Verify that you have
access to that directory.

You should not install as user administrator, but as the user who will
use Outlook, but make the user is a member of the administrator's
group.
