I accidently deleted an important contact.  My last bcm backup was 1 month
ago, I can restore this ok, but I am missing all data since that date.   I
did a complete system backup using Windows backup yesterday.  Can I restore
my bcm database from the win backup?  What file do I need?

I believe that unless you held down shift while you were deleting the contact
that it would just go into the deleted items folder in your business contact
manager database file.

It's not there.  There must be a way to restore the bcm database from a
windows system backup.  There isn't much protection if a system backup can't
restore this.

Lucky for me, before I restored my 1 month old bcm database I backed up.  I
restored that version and my contact was in the deleted items!  Now I have
it back!  I never thought to look in the deleted items folder of bcm.
