Using BCC to send marketing campaign email

I am just starting to use BCM so this is a basic question.
I want to send a marketing campaign email using the BCC field for my
distribution list. But the Options field that says "show bcc" is deliberately
greyed out and unusable.

This seems to be a very typical need -- if I send a campaign to my client
list, I don't want them all seeing each other's emails.

So how do I do this?

On a less important note, BCM also doesn't give me the option of sending
from a specific account. I use my Outlook to access several email addresses;
for my main business, for personal, and for a secondary business. BCM uses
the primary account to send the campaign -- so I have to change it to the
account I want to use (and if I forget to reset to my normal settings I risk
sending an email through the wrong account)

TIA

Susan:

That's what mail merge is for.  Each recipient gets an email addressed only
to them...

As for your accounts, login to the account you want to use and then Outlook
will send from that account.  You may want to setup different profiles with
different email accounts and choose which profile you want when Outlooks
starts up.

HTH,
Lon
