We installed Office 2007 with Contact manager, office suite first the Contact Manager. Worked great, a real asset. Then, something happened and contact manager quit working. It was no longer in the menu bar and the data was back to a single user wothout the shared contact manager data. I have tried to reinstall Contact Manager unsuccessfully. How do i reinstall contact manager? Hi Big red, 1. Before re-installing, click on the Help button. If you see Configure Business Contact Manager. Click on it and complete first use. 2. If the above does not show up, go to Tools --> Trust Center. Select AddIns button. Make sure the COM AddIns is selected in the drop down below. Click Go. Make sure Business Contact Manager is checked. 3. If the above does not show up, go to Add/Remove programs, Click on Change button. Dear Sat, thanks for the response, I did as you suggested but there were a couple of other problems I ran into. I had to select the security option when going through step 2, then Cantact manager would install and show up on the selection as installed. It still did not show up in the Help seciton of the menu, I had to look at Disabled programs and enable the Contact Manager. Once I did that and rebooted, Contact manager was installed and working.
