How to Synchronize 2003 Outlook folders to another computer

We need to update our Outlook 2003 Contacts, Notes, etc in a 2nd computer
that is networked. What is the easiest/best way to accomplish this?  Also,
how would it be done if the computers are NOT on a network?

Go to live.com and search for: outlook folder sync

There are half a dozen different utilities that meet different
requirements.
