MS Office Forum / Outlook / Business Contact Manager / February 2008Marketing Campaign
I'm trying to lauch a new direct mail marketing campaign. When I go through all the steps and hit the launch button, I get an error message saying: BCM for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again. I don't know what I'm doing wrong...any thoughts? Are you still getting this problem? We'll need more information... - What version of BCM are you using? And have you applied all patches from Microsoft Update? - Are you seeing the issue only on launching a marketing campaign? - Can you send a marketing campaign to just a single recipient?
