Does anyone know if there is a way to save a defualt sort for your business
contacts?  Currently, every time that I open my business contacts I have to
go through a three step process for in order to use my contacts effectively.
They are grouped by "Category" by default (which I like)....however, I then
have to alphabetically sort them in by company name, then right click and
group them by "Payment Status" field, then collapse all the groups and open
the contacts I wish to see.

I would like for the contacts to be grouped by category, payment status,
sorted alphabetically, and collapsed by default every time I open my business
contacts.

Any feedback?

THanks!!!!!!

Quexion:

Click on View, Current View, Define View, and make your changes to one of
those.  I like to Copy an existing view and then Modify it.  You can specify
your fields in the Group By area.

HTH,
Lon
