Missing BCM

I've had some issues with BCM, but now I can't get it to work at all,

If it's installed correctly, the most likely reason for it not to show
up in Outlook is that Outlook disabled it.

In the Windows Registry check:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions­.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.1

The value of LoadBehavior should be 3 for Outlook to load it.
