If I have say 500 contacts in my database, how can I quickly select an email
address to Auto Link to or do I have to go manually through all contacts to
do it?

DT:

You could select BCM contacts to automatically link all messages.  From the
main menu, click Business Contact Manager, Manage Email Auto Linking, and
click the Select All button.  That will automatically get all emails linked.
If you want to do it one email at a time, you're stuck with manually going
through all contacts.  One tip -- use the Search box in the upper left
corner to enter the first few characters of the first name.

HTH,
Lon
