Account - General Form - Question on Business Contact List

I understand that the customizing of the forms can be done, but only by
adding your custom fields to the bottom of these forms.

I was wonder if there was a way to modify the header of the Business
Contacts list on the General Tab? As you all know it currently defaults to
Primary, Full Name, Job Title, Business Phone, E-Mail.  It's more important
for me to have MOBILE phone in place of business phone, and possibly
Birthday in place of JOB Title.

Has anyone been able to modify this? If not, is there a friendly "hack" that
I could use? :-)

No, not today.  This may be a future enhancement because it's been suggested
by lots of users.
