That's BCM default error message, when it doesn't have anything more
specific to say.
You could turn on logging, on BCM's About dialog, and then check the
log immediately after getting one of those errors, and see if it has
more detailed information.

I had the same issue this morning...
last night i installed windows desktop search and a couple of ms office
updates, when i come to work this morning i realized that the electricity
went off. so turn on the computer and outlook crashes everytime i click on
the bcm tab on the left outlook menu. then try "outlook /cleanviews" from
run menu the outlook opened but this time when i click on the accounts and
business contacts it does not crashed, gave the error "Business Contact
Manager for Outlook could not complere your....." so i export the db then
close the BCM menu from outlook left window then turn on the BCM again from
the Outlook-Help menu it automaticly selected the db that i used before.
Using Office 2007 BCM 2007 and Office Accounting 2008. All updates done.
NOD32 Anti-virus program. Now the system works with no errors

I get the same Error. It does allow me to move on but it is certainly
annoying and I too would like to have it resolved. If there are any answers
please post. I have noticed that I also have a problem with it wanting to
shut down. It sometimes will get hung up when I click the X button to close
it and goes into the Vista rebooting of the program. I am all ears. I will
try the logging to see if that helps.
