Outlook w/ BCM

Sqlserv.exe and Outlook (while using BCM) uses an extraordinary about of
memory. Currently Outlook is at 600,000K and sqlserv.exe at 140,000K.
Any idea what is going on and how to fix this???

This is temporary as SQL indexes the BCM data files. It will have
settled down by now.
