cannot add a new contact in business contacts

When I try to add a new contact I receive an error message that says "The
form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator."

Clear your forms cache.

Tools, Options. Other tab.
Advanced Options, Custom Forms, Manage Forms.
Clear Cache.
