I have installed BCM in my Outlook 2003. It does not work, even if I install
the updates. I am using connection to Microsoft Small Business Server 2003
and the Exchange server, that´s the reason.

Is there any possibility to use Business Contact Manager and to have the
e-mail account using MS Exchange server in one profile ? I do not want to
have recommended 2 profiles, 1 with BCM and the other one with Exchange.

You must install a patch for BCM from
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=831747.

Sue,

I believe I understand this but want to make certain.  My company uses
Exchange 2000 Server for our mail.  I have a copy of BCM that I would like to
install on this machine and use it.  Obviously I am not using MS Small
Business Server 2003.  Like "LW" I want to have only one profie.  If I
understand you correctly I need to

1 - install BCM on this machine
2 - check for all updates from MSFT
3 - download the patch that you reference and install it

Does this mean that if I follow these steps that I will only have my one
profile I have now and also that BCM will function correctly?

Thank you.  I apologize for being a bit slow.

Chris
