I am sure that someone else has asked this question, or that it should be
obvious, but how does one get an opportunity to be added to the calendar or
the To-Do list?  I would like opportunities to appear on my calendar based on
the close date.  Also, is it possible to set the time of day that an
opportunity is to close without going into the calendar view of the
opportunity and dragging it to the correct time?  Thanks in advance for your
help.

Turk54:

Try this -- go to your list of Opportunities.  Display the ToDo bar on the
right side of the display.  Right click on the Opportunity record and drag
it to the monthly calendar and drop it on the day you want it to appear.
When you let up on the mouse, it prompts you to "Copy here as an appointment
with Shortcut".  Does that get it on the calendar for you?

HTH,
Lon
