Bussiness Contact Manager for outlook 2003

hope every one is ok. my sad story began at  setting up the outlook.
i started outlook following the data it needed then (i.e pop/smtp bela
bela..) the message prompted that if i wish to associate Bussiness Contact
Manager with out look, i answered yes( my bad !!) then after few second the
message came up that outlook has encounter  a problem and need to close ,
then by clicking ok , outlook restart but immediately after restarting the
same message comes up and closes the program and again restart it and then
here it comes with the message that if i wish to restart in safe mode because
of pervious failure , i say ok and again the same story then i go for repaing
the program ( from add remove option of control panel - business contact
repair ) then at first things go smoothly but suddenly the installation
program asks for the file named as : "msbcm.msi" which could not find it any
where even in heavens! .... it lookes like microsoft has checkmated me, good
job for the team ! but now really need get rid of this problem please :-) i
am surrendered already. by the way this is trial office 2003 which comes with
my pc and i have activated few days ago :-( bad start ! , any one can help me
please?

It sounds like the company that packaged Office on your PC didn't
cross all the Ts.

Go to Control Panel and remove BCM.
