Having previously installed Outlook 2003 i want to install the BCM for
Outlook 2003 now.   After installing BCM using the original disk I can find
BCM in my program files but it doesn't appear in Outlook and there's no tab
"Business Tools" that appears next to the "action" tab so I can start setting
up accounts and using BCM.   I don't see BCM under the Add/Remove programs of
control panel.  The computer says BCM has been enabled but it's like it's
hiding somewhere and I can't access it.  I've uninstalled and installed twice
to no avail.  any suggestions?  thanks for the help!!

Look in Outlook's folder list. There should be two root nodes, one
Outlook and the other BCM. If not, try creating a new Mail profile.
When you start Outlook with the new profile for the first time, it
should ask you if you want to create a BCM database. If it doesn't
then BCM is not installed correctly.
