Backing Up Outlook and Business Contact Manager

Is there a simple method of backing up my outlook calendar, tasks, email,
notes, outlook contacts, small business contacts including history notes etc
- a) in 2003 and b) in 2007

In a word, No.  In two words, Not Easy.  You have to backup your Outlook
.PST file (calendar, tasks, email) and BCM database separately.
