Any sugestions how to replicate Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager
data on my new notebook?  I installed Outlook 2003 with BCM.   I want to have
all
accounts, contacts and history with linked documents availble offline when I
travel.

Using Outlook 2003 with business contact manager - I created a backup on the
desktop computer and restored on new notebook.   BCM data is now on the
notebook.  The linked emails do not have attachments, however they are linked
in history.  The other (.doc etc ) history documuments are not linked.

I also tried to do an export import - same resultt - links are lost.

I copied folders containing the linked documents to the new notebook.  I do
have the history documents on my notebook - they are not linked.

You'll need to copy your Outlook .PST file also to keep the links straight.
The Profile on your laptop needs to have the same two files as the one on
your desktop.

HTH,
Lon
