Reports Printing Giberish

When I go and print my reports from BCM it is coming out with giverish. It
looks great on the print preview screen, but it is not printing out the same.
I have not changed any of the default settings, just tried printing reports.

I'd try with a new print driver -- if it displays on the screen but corrupts
going to the printer, that sounds like the culprit. To verify, try printing
to a different printer.
