I'm not aware of "auto linking" that. But my solution was to navigate to the
folder you need, right click and COPY the address in the address bar, then
go into your Account or Business Contact and on the details section of
comments type the folder name or whatever you need, then highlight that and
rightclick - add hyperlink.

Since BCM allows you to add arbitrary files (documents) to the history
You could try creating a shortcut to the folder on your desktop, and
then adding that shortcut file to a Contact's history.
