I cannot reinstall business contact manager

This is the error log I am getting, please give me any help possible. I have
put the source disk that came with my computer but it does not seem to be
working.

When you say reinstall, does that mean it's already installed on this
machine, and you are running reinstall from control panel, or running
the setup.exe again?
