In my BCM (2007) Project Tasks list, I'd like to move the completed Tasks to
the Completed Tasks Folder, and thus clean up my Tasks list. I can do this
with my normal Outlook Tasks.  However, In BCM, the Task remains on the list.
I also don't want to delete the task, as I want to keep a record in the
Business Record.  Is there a way?

Paul:

Go to Views, Current View, Define View, and Modify the view you're in.
Click on Filters and define the filter as Status = Completed (or however
else you want it displayed).  The view is what controls what is shown on the
screen and you can customize to your heart's content.

HTH,
Lon
