What fields does the search bar in BCM search?  I want to search the contents
of a Business Note in a Business Contact's History.  It doesn't seen to work,
or at least not reliably.  Also, do quotes in the search field make any
difference?

To search a note, switch to the Communication History view and search there.
The search from the contacts view doesn't search the history, just the
contact data, and sometimes that doesn't work well either.  There were some
fields that never worked correctly but that might have been fixed with
SP1 -- I haven't checked it.

HTH,
Lon
