Business contact mng for outlook 2007 crashing

Business contact manager began crashing Outlook 2007. It would make the
program close down and reopen often. Also, we would get error message saying
that it was not able to complete previous task.
A resolution window was opened and said the problems were happening because
of business contact manager and asked if I wanted to disable the add-in. I
clicked ok. Now I don't know how to enable it again. I have tried repairing
MS Office with the CD... it hasn't worked. Could anyone please help?!

Hi all,

I am experiencing the same problems since a week or so. Using Outlook 2007
with BCM for a year now, I even reinstalled Outlook 2007 (repaired) and BCM
without success. Any help or hints will be greatly appreciated. And this is
not an April Fool joke... :)

I'm also having this problem. It happens particularly when I have an email
folder open, and then click on the BCM link in the folder list. It is so
aggravating that I am considering looking for a 3rd party solution. After
all, I have a business to run, and having to sort out MS software problems
isn't it!
