Hi
Was wondering if anyone in the Real Estate industry is using Business
Outlook Manager 2007. Preferrably in Melbourne that I can contact.

I am beginning to try to use BCM for my R.E. business, but i would also like
to know if anyone has done this and how it works out for them.  I do
commercial sales and leasing, so it might be utilized differently than for
residential.

I am now using it for commercial lease contacts.  I add fields like SF,
StartDate, EndDate, CAM, Base, etc.
Melbourne is just a GotoMyPC away from Michigan :-)

William,
are you using it for tenant contacts to show their sf, and lease terms, or
are you using it for tenant rep clients to document space requirements?

I am using it for sf, start, etc.
I am not sure what "tenant rep clients" means in terms of fields.  Please
expand if possible.

I've just downloaded it today and am replacing Top Producer with it.  (which
i didn't really use much anyway)  I'm part of a 2 agent team (residential and
some commercial and prop management) with one part-time asst.  We're in
Denver.  I'm really hoping this will work for us.  We've been stuck on
outlook anyway, so this seemed an obvious jump.  We also both use the palm
treo to sync and 123together as a web access.  I'm going to be looking into
the RE add-ons.  Does anyone know anything about them?
